ABOUT ME
I love classical and rock music, light and shade, the wind combing grass and branches, the scent of lime trees, peeling wall paint, abandoned houses.
I observe beauty and poetry all around me and wish to give it back to you through my photographs.
I was born and raised in the countryside just outside Belluno.
It’s nature and the pale colors of the Dolomites, the frescoes and Renaissance paintings, are what I have always loved since I was a child, and have influenced my vision as a photographer.
My style
My approach is based on an accurate observation of light and colour, a propensity that I expressed as a child through drawing and painting.
As an adult I transfer this “feeling” on mine into photography, which to many appears almost pictorial and which allows me, compared to drawing, to freeze precious and fleeting moments.
I hunt spontaneous, authentic moments and I try to enhance every scene before me through the right shot.
I am an esthete at heart, I love beauty and harmony.
However, I don’t like labels and for this reason my style does not fall within a specific area, it is not pure documentary or editorial photography.
It is rather an artistic combination of multiple genres, as well as an expression of who I am.
For me the perfect photo is the one that conveys absolute naturalness and beauty, understood as a sublime harmony of light, form and colour.
My shots have been published in international blogs and magazines such as PhotoVOGUE, Fab You Bliss, Strictly Weddings and Boho Weddings.
